15 year old girl, need to know how to burn fat quickly and get motivated to excercise?
I'm 15 and really athletic but I'm heavier then I would like.. Especially in my stomach hip thigh areas. I mean I'm not overweight but I really want to have a flat stomach and skinny legs I just have a tough time getting motivated to work out at home after practice. Please help It's driving me crazy, especially since all my friends are really skinny and have perfect bodies thank you

Hey, so I've finally gained my weight, I'm 16, 5'10, 145lbs, male, and now I want to lose my body fat, especially belly fat, I do crunches and sit ups, but a guy told me that Cardio burns fat not exercises, but unfortunately I cant do running, bike riding and rope skipping, It's not that there is a problem in my leg, there are other issues, so i have some stairs in my house so should I climb it? and for how long? anything else??? I'm a teenager, 6 feet tall, 14 with more fat than I'd like on my abdomen belly and chest . I don't have boobs or a beer belly but I just have a little extra that I wouldn't mind burning. I'd post a picture but I can't be bothered to take one. I just wondered what the best exercises would be to burn this. My legs are fairly strong. I don't do much sport or running so my muscles are fairly weak, but I'm well built. I have a good diet but don't exercise very often. I really don't like press ups, I can only do about 10 before I get really tired. It's pretty pathetic. My brother who is 11 has weights which I started using now.What I want to know is What exercises other than press ups burn upper body fat quickly? How many repetitions how many times a day? How long should it take to burn some fat on my front? I want some scales to weigh myself and keep a record but my brother is quite porky so my parents don't want any in the house so as to keep his esteem up. I was wondering if yall could give me some advice on losing fat all over my body but my biggest trouble spot is my thighs. Well I'm a pretty atheletic girl I can jog for an 1 hr without stopping I also play a sport & have been for like 8 yrs. But I have to admit I do get a little lazy I run like once a week haha but for some reason my thighs are just HUGE & my butt let me just tell you is not toned at all like for some reason my thighs rub against each other I mean I have alot of muscle in my thighs but I have noticed my inner thighs are just flab. & I do have a gym membership now but I mean my workouts always always even w o a membership have been cardio & like I want to lose fat all over my body because I know spot reduction is just not possible but my biggest problem area is my thighs like I want to make my thighs skinnier like I don't want the fat to turn into muscle because it'll stay the same size which is big thighs I want smaller thighs. & I was wondering if yall could give me some advice on what machines I could use & what I could do about this.Like what machines could I use that will really help to lose fat in my thighs?

Its pretty much genetic to have the thighs I have but they are gettting a little out of control. They will always be big but I just need to get them in shape. I have athletic induced asthma and my inhalers don't work. My mom is the same way. It hurts my lungs really bad to run for a long time. And I usually get super super sick after I run. Not like throw up but I'll get a bad bad cough for a couple weeks. Please help.

How to burn fat and gain muscle for a teenager?
I'm 15 and have 148 pounds 67.5 kilos and I'm at 15 % body fat. Now since it's my long holidays, I've been spending most of my time working out to lose my fat and gain muscle in time for school. I'm not allowed to go to a gym because I'm underaged so to make up for this, I use my 2 10kg dumbbells for exercise. So my question is, what kind of workout,schedule and any tips do you recommend so I can achieve my goals? This is my schedule Mon Legs followed by 20 min moderate intensity jog, Tues Back followed by HIIT for 15 mins, Wed Shoulders follwed by 20 min mod jog, Thurs Chest followed by HIIT for 15 min and finally Fri Arms followed by 20 min mod jog. My diet is fairly clean with 3055 calories needed for each day, but I cut it down to 2555 so I can burn the fat. I eat 6 meals a day with protein in each meal. I've actually been doing this for 1 year and I have a slow progression, I have started to get ripped just a little and actually just bought my weights this year. I still have fat covering mainly my lower abs and several other parts of my body. It's frustrating me and I really want to get a ripped look.Yeah I have already learned that for me to grow muscles, I need to do different exercises to confuse the muscles because our bodies are that smart. I also heard that to support bulking up, you need to increase your calories by 500 to your normal daily expenditure. My main focus is to bulk up but not gain fat. I want to lose or maintain it. So to easily do this, I decided to eat 300 more cals. And I cannot increase my weights as they are fairly expensive down here in Australia, but I do mainly do bodyweight exercises with classic exercises such as squats and deadlifts which everyone says are the most effective workouts. Alright so I'm in highschool and I'm a skinny kid I only wiegh 130 and I'm 14. And I have this last tiny bit of faton my stomach that keeps a lot of definition away from my abs. I'm wondering if there's a really good way to burn the fat and define the abs.
